International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking Awareness Program

On June 26, 2023, an awareness program held in the college auditorium in observance of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. The program was organized in collaboration with the local Police Commissioner's department to raise awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and illicit trafficking. The theme was Say Yes to life, No to drugs.

The presence of the Police Commissioner and representatives from the department added credibility and authority to the messages conveyed. The program successfully educated the audience about the dangers of drug abuse, highlighted available support services, and fostered a sense of community responsibility in combating this issue. The collaborative efforts between the college and the Police Department showcased the commitment to building a drug-free and safer society. At the end of the session everyone present over there were asked to take the pledge that we will stay away from drugs and live a healthy life.
